Our model takes into account a key fact: Innovation and value creation originate from diverse starting points, i.e. from informal micro-enterprises to scalable technology ventures. By segmenting the ecosystem, we facilitate targeted talent development, investment readiness, and the building of a pipeline for partners, investors, and institutions.
